In this video, Dr. Berg talks about the reason as to why “They” don’t want you to do the Ketogenic Diet. Doing the ketogenic diet plan and intermittent fasting cause you to stop consuming carbohydrates and there’s a LOT of money tied into having people consume high carbohydrates diet in the form of bread, cereal, pasta, crackers, biscuits, liquid sugary drinks, performance drinks, alcohol, healthy snacks, junk food industry etc. Not to mention the huge industry that is also connected into the side effects from consuming those carbohydrates foods like the high blood pressure medication, high cholesterol medication, diabetes medication, etc.

Today we are gonna talk about why “They” don’t want you to do the ketogenic diet. I recently had a person get really discouraged. I mean, she was losing weight, tons of energy, great health benefits, but she was discourage because someone told her that the ketogenic diet is gonna her despite how much water she drinks, it doesn’t matter. You are going to hear all sorts of things in the media like low carbohydrates diet will decrease your lifespan or coconut oil is now considered a poison despite thousand of years of using it safely. Or the ketogenic diet might work for you initially but there is no long term studies so it could be dangerous. It’s all about casting doubts. I mean if you think about it, if people do a keto (ketogenic diet) plan and intermittent fasting, they are gonna cut out carbohydrates. Do you realize how much money is connected to carbohydrates? You have the performance drinks, the sugary drinks, the juices, you have the bread, pasta, cereal, crackers, alcohol, you have so many snack foods, the junk food industry. Then you have what these carbohydrates do to your body, high blood pressure, medication, high cholesterol medication, diabetes medication. Huge amounts of money tied around carbohydrates, this is why it is so vitally important to get people understand why it works. So that way when they hear some why, they are not gonna be thrown off. If you understand it, you’re gonna get the results, you have the certainty that you know it works and you also have the knowledge that you know it’s true. Things that work are true, things that don’t work are not true. And, thanks for listening!
